We are based in NYC and strive to ship all orders within 7 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

Return & Exchange Policy: 

We want you to love your purchase, but due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 3 days of delivery. If you have an issue or concern with your order, please email us at info@Krownsuga.com within 3 days of receiving your product. We will review your case and discuss possible resolutions directly with you.

Product Condition:  

To be eligible for any exchange or return, products must remain in their original, unused condition. Hair and wigs cannot be tampered with, cut, or altered in any way. Products that show signs of use or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange.
