If for some unfortunate reason you are unhappy with your product you may return your item(s). We give 7 days grace however, anytime after 7 days we will not be able to accept your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For wigs, Lace should be intact and hair unwashed. There may be no heat or styling products or perfumes applied to the hair.
Bundles weft must not be unfolded, worn, or tampered with.
To begin your return you just email to Krownsugamgmt@gmail.com
with a picture of the item that you have in your possession and your order number or shipping number.
Once accepted and inspected you can expect your refund to be released to your original payment method.
Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
When the package is shipped out, we can't cancel or modify order information for any reason.

If the return is requested by the consumer, consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
If due to our reasons & the goods received are damaged or not correct we will cover shipping on the back end.
This means we will refund you the shipping cost as well once we issue your refund. We’ll just need you to email a picture of your shipping receipt to the same email thread.
Refund will be processed within 48 hours once your returned package is received and inspected.
Refund will be directly issued to your original payment account within 1-3 business days.
